I'm an editorial assistant and a designer. Right now, my schedule means getting up, going to my internship (where I sit for five hours), going to work (where I sit for another few hours) and then I drive home, cook dinner and finish up side projects (at my computer). I knew working an office job wasn't healthy, but I found this infographic the other day on Inspiration Feed and immediately felt worse. If they're trying to scare us into activity, it's working. Luckily, I've recently started yoga and running! Yay! One step closer. However, there is a note in the infographic that says the recommended 30 minutes of daily activity isn't enough. Should I start jogging in place while I work?
