My boyfriend loves Calvin and Hobbes. After I knit him a scarf for Christmas, he started running other ideas by me that I could knit up for him. I think he overestimates my knitting abilities, so it's good that he found Ami Amour on Etsy right after he asked me to make him a Hobbes animal.

They're quite cute. The elephant is my favorite. If I take up crocheting, then this is definitely a project I'll aspire to make.
